J. M. W. Turner works at Mystic

The works of 19th century British painter J.M.W. Turner are on exhibition at the Thompson Exhibition Hall at Mystic Seaport. Turner’s most notable works were landscapes depicting both country side and turbulent seascapes. The exhibition featuring some of Turner’s watercolor pieces which often fall to the wayside of his more known oil paintings. The exhibition is opened until February 23rd.
